The KangaNews Sustainable Debt Summit is the premier event in the Australian sustainable debt market calendar, showcasing the latest insights on environmental, social and governance integration in the fixed-income universe.

The summit was due to be held in March but was postponed due to the COVID-19 crisis. KangaNews and our conference sponsors are now pleased to be able to offer the chance to come together through a live and interactive virtual conference.

The programme is taking place over two half-day sessions on 24 and 25 November 2020 and is available to registered virtual attendees. A single registration enables attendance on both days, and an email reminder will be sent one day before each session takes place.

Scroll down to the agenda page to view the virtual event programme in more detail.

Event hub access

This fully interactive virtual event is accessed via the KangaNews virtual event portal, details of which, and individual log in details, will be sent to all registered delegates by email one day before the event.

Because being in a virtual event venue may be a new experience for delegates, and because virtual venues can differ depending on what event software is being used, we strongly recommend delegates do the following:

Ensure your browser is set up correctly for KangaNews virtual events. Find the browser you use in our Guide to Browser Settings for KangaNews Virtual Events (click the button below to download a PDF) and follow the simple instructions to perform the set up.

To avoid any unforeseen technical issues it is highly recommended that you log into the event portal at least 15-30 minutes before the event is due to begin. Note that unlike with physical events, in a virtual event sessions start and end exactly on time. So you need to be in the portal ahead of the start of the session(s) you plan to attend and be set up to begin on time.

The KangaNews guide to attending virtual events will answer most questions delegates may have (click the button below to download this guide).

Register

To register for the KangaNews Sustainable Debt Summit virtual event, please click the register button to open a form in a new window.

This is a virtual event. Before you register, please read carefully to ensure that you will be able to attend.

The series will take place in the KangaNews virtual event hub (website). Please ensure you are using a device –company or personal – that does not block livestreaming services.

By registering for the conference, you consent to have your name and details added to the 'Meeting Hub'. The meeting hub allows virtual attendees to connect and meet with each other throughout the event. You can limit and control the information visible.

If you have any queries please contact KangaNews at hcraig@kanganews.com.

Registration is free if you are a sponsor,  investor, issuer/borrower or company looking to access financing, professional-services firm or government body (eg ministry, central bank).

For event registration purposes KangaNews defines investors as people who invest solely on behalf of themselves or their own firm, and issuers/borrowers as people who issue solely on behalf of their own firm. If the job function of a delegate includes investing or issuing/borrowing on behalf of third-party clients, the individual does not qualify as a bona fide investor or issuer for registration purposes. Issuer/borrower, investor, professional services and government/regulator passes are not applicable to broker/dealers, traders, structurers or arrangers.

If you are from a bank other than one of the headline sponsors and you are not in the funding/treasury team (so you are not an issuer or investor) please do not register. If you do, your registration will be declined. The KangaNews team will check and verify the registration type you have selected.

If you have any queries please contact KangaNews at hcraig@kanganews.com.
