* Each sponsor has a defined number of complimentary passes for staff. Once this number of staff has registered, any further registrations are charged at this rate.
Registration is free if you are an investor.
The ASF provides complimentary registration to bona fide investors who have a primary role in the portfolio investment of mortgage, asset-based securities and other debt securities. This includes individuals who work within an investment or asset management firm and hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) or equivalent in overseas jurisdictions. An investor includes individuals who have a role directly related to investment within an insurance company, superannuation (pension) fund or a financial institution (i.e. bank liquidity portfolio management). It excludes individuals who have a primary role in funding or financing of receivables or financial assets and who may also have a minor or part time role in investment in debt securities.
Investor passes are not applicable to issuers, broker/dealers, traders, structurers, arrangers, lawyers, accountants, trustees, rating agency analysts or other third-party service providers. The ASF will use its discretion to consider requests for complimentary registration to ensure registrants are treated in a fair and equitable manner.

To assist travelling delegates, the Australian Securitisation Forum has arranged a discounted room rate for conference delegates wishing to stay at the Hilton Sydney.

Accommodation terms and conditions
– There is limited group rate availability from Sunday 19 November 2023 – Tuesday 21 November 2023. (Dates outside these dates are subject to availability and not considered part of the group booking.)
– The group rate is $A375/night ‘room only', for a standard room; i.e. no inclusions (any add-ons, such as breakfast, Internet, minibar, laundry, club access & dining are on top of the room rate and at the expense of the guest.)
– Check-in is from 3:00pm and check out is by 11:00am – early check-in cannot be guaranteed, however requests for early check-in cannot exceed a request time of 11:00am.
– Any requests for check-in prior to 11:00am will be based on availability and incur a 50% half day additional fee to guarantee.
– Full payment is required to take advantage of the conference rate - delegates will be required to pay by credit card at the time of booking.
– All ASF Conference rate room bookings are non-refundable, based on a 30-day, pre-event, cancellation policy.
– Rooms required for dates outside of the event agreement will need to be booked separately via the Hilton website.
– All online bookings are self-managed and are the responsibility of the booking contact.
– No-shows will not be refunded.
