Registration is free if you are an investor, issuer/borrower or company looking to access financing, professional-services firm or government body (eg ministry, central bank).
For event registration purposes KangaNews defines investors as people who invest solely on behalf of themselves or their own firm, and issuers as people who issue solely on behalf of their own firm. If the job function of a delegate includes investing or issuing on behalf of third-party clients, the individual does not qualify as a bona fide investor or issuer for registration purposes.
